The title report or policy from your purchase
 
 

A termite guarantee, if you have a present service contract with an exterminator
 
 

The name, address, and mortgage number of all mortgages presently on your property
 
 

Satisfaction(s) of Mortgage for any paid off mortgages
 

A completed and signed Seller's Property Condition Disclosure Statement
